On 9 August 2007, Landsbanki completed the acquisition of Bridgewell Group plc. Bridgewell's investment banking operations have been merged with Teather & Greenwood Landsbanki to create Landsbanki Securities (UK) Ltd.
Operating under the Landsbanki brand, the new entity, in parallel with Landsbanki´s existing London operation, creates an integrated UK investment bank operating in the small and mid-cap UK market, offering a full range of financial services to its clients.
